- The firm follow the process of sourcing, screening, short listing and selection of the candidates for the required positions in different technical areas.
- The firm acts as a Recruiting Co-Ordinator.
- Our responsibilities include posting open positions, Co-ordinating with candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Our job starts when candidates respond to a job opening.
- We shortlist the candidates based on their suitability, skills and experience.
- We conduct preliminary interviews before the candidate takes actual interview with the Co.
- It ends when the Company fills the position. The final decision is made by the hiring Company.
